Google form is to request rooms. Rooms will be reserved based on your allotment of rooms. Room requests are sent to hotel and the hotel will email room confirmation within 5 - 7 business days

Hotel reservations within the PCRS block and at the special rates are only available to registered attendees and may be made online only. Upon completion and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an exclusive link to access the hotel room block set aside for PCRS attendees. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

If you are not registered but would like to book a room, you may contact the hotel directly to reserve a room outside of the block. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Rooms in the Palm Springs area during this peak period can be hard to find and rates available to the general public may escalate significantly as the meeting date draws near. Driving directions

Start out going southeast on Post Way. Merge onto Pacific Coast Highway/S Sepulveda Blvd/CA-1 S toward I-105. Merge onto I-105 E toward Norwalk. Merge onto I-605 N via EXIT 18A-B. Merge onto CA-60 E via EXIT 19 toward Pomona. Keep left to take CA-60 E toward Riverside/Pomona. Merge onto I-10 E via the exit on the left. Take the Cook Street exit, EXIT 134.
