Event Policies 

March 18—22, 2026 at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received before February 9, 2026. No refunds will be issued after February 9, 2026. A Substitute attendee will be permitted.

All individuals in our attendee room block, must be registered conference attendees. Those who are not registered by January 15, 2026, will have their rooms released by the hotel.

Nonpayment Policy

Payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the event start date. If payment is not received by this deadline, event-specific information and materials will be withheld.

Badge Replacement Policy

All attendees are required to wear a valid name badge to participate in the event. If a badge is lost or misplaced, a $75 replacement fee will apply for reprinting during the event.
