Play Exhibitor Bingo! Pick up a bingo card at the registration desk, visit booths to complete it, and return it for a chance to win prizes. Winners will be announced during the Saturday Abstract Awards Ceremony (9:30–10:00 AM in Ambassador 1–4).

Pickleball & Yoga

Pickleball: If you registered for the pickleball clinic, please meet at the pickleball court on Friday, March 20 (look for the clock tower), 5 minutes before the clinic begins. The clinic will take place from 7:00–7:45 AM.

Yoga: If you registered for the Friday morning yoga session on March 20, please meet at The Backyard 5 minutes before the session begins. The session will run from 6:30–7:30 AM.

Name Badges Are Required

All event participants, family members, and guests must wear identifying name badges to all PCRS sessions and events. “All-event” and “day” guest badges are available at the registration desk. 

Badge reprint fee will be $75.

Celebration Dinner

Tickets are required for entry to the PCRS Celebration Dinner, taking place on Saturday, March 21, from 7:00–10:00 PM.

Dinner tickets are included with conference registration and can be picked up at the registration desk in the Celebrity Foyer. Additional tickets for guests and exhibitors are available for purchase at the registration desk.

Access to the 2026 Syllabus

PowerPoints presented during PCRS 2026 are available for both online viewing and download on the PCRS website and will also be available in the PCRS mobile app.

Poster Presentations Information

Poster presentations will take place on Friday, March 20, from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM in the Rancho Mirage and Oasis 1-4 

Your poster may be put up on the display board marked with your poster number on the evening of Thursday, March 19, from 8:00-9:00 PM, and the morning of Friday, March 20, from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Judging will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday and continue throughout the day on Friday.

Please do not remove your poster until after 6:30 PM on Friday night in order to ensure your poster is considered for the awards. Posters not collected Friday night by 9:00 PM will be collected and saved until 8:30 AM Saturday, March 21.

Oral Presentations Information

Oral presentations are scheduled for Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20. Authors have precisely 10 minutes to present.

Instructions to Receive Credit

In order to receive credit for this activity, participants must attend the conference and complete a program evaluation. Certificates of credit will be emailed to learners 3-4 weeks after the completion of their evaluation. At the conclusion of the meeting, all eligible attendees will receive an email to complete the program evaluation. PCRS provides the post-test to attendees three weeks after the conclusion of the event to evaluate the retention of the knowledge gained by attending the sessions.
