ATTENDEE
Attendee registration includes all CME activities and other sessions Wednesday through Sunday, conference meals, and social events including the Welcome Reception, Poster Session & Reception, PCRS Pool Time, Celebration Dinner, and Sunday Brunch Session.
Global Education Group designates this live activity for a maximum of (TBA) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. This educational activity for (TBA) contact hours is provided by the Global Education Group. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR REPRESENTATIVES
Representative badges provide access to the exhibit hall, conference meals, and social events at the conference. The Saturday evening Celebration Dinner is NOT included with a representative badge but may be added on during representative registration. Space permitting, representatives may attend the educational sessions as observers but are not eligible for CME credits.
Registrations included with your exhibitor or sponsorship package must be redeemed in advance during the online registration period. A maximum of 10 additional representative badges can be purchased during the advance registration period at a rate of $150.00 each. After advance registration has closed, all representatives must register on-site as a full conference attendee.
GUEST PASSES
Guest passes are available to encourage attendees and faculty to bring along friends and family to the Annual Meeting and other social events. All guest passes may be purchased during online registration and on-site at the meeting at the registration desk. Single-day guest passes are available at a discounted rate

Registration Types
- MD, DO, JD: Open to graduates of medical programs in any country who are interested or practicing in reproductive medicine, or other related healthcare discipline.
- Allied Professionals: A non-physician holding a doctoral degree or a professional degree in reproductive medicine or any other related healthcare discipline. (Examples: embryologists, APPs, NPs, PAs, nurses, genetic counselors, mental health professionals, legal professionals, practice managers, licensed acupuncturists, etc.). These individuals are typically involved in teaching, research or practice in reproductive medicine and not otherwise eligible for another category of membership.
- Allied Professional - First-Time Attendee: PCRS would like to reach out to Allied Health Professionals, especially Advanced Practice Providers such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates, Embryologists, and Genetic Counselors, by offering a first-time attendee discounted rate of $325. PCRS is offering this discount for Allied Health Professionals who may not have had the opportunity to attend a PCRS meeting in past. We hope this will give them a chance to experience our superb scientific program and the ability to stay connected with future engagements. Please complete this online application for review.
- Emeritus (Retired from Practice): Emeritus members are members who are in good standing but are no longer practicing.
- Professional In-Training (Fellows, Residents, Military, etc.): To qualify for the In-Training Discount, you must be a research fellow or allied professional in an approved, full-time training program to be eligible for this educational discount.
- Practice Special:To qualify for the Practice Special you must be a non-doctoral allied health care professional working in a practice with a sponsor who has registered for the meeting at one of the regular rates listed above (PCRS Member, Non-Member, Non-Doctoral Member, Non-Doctoral Non-Member). You will be asked during the online registration process to provide the name of your sponsor.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received before February 9, 2026. No refunds will be issued after February 9, 2026. A Substitute attendee will be permitted.
