Hotel Reservations

ATTENTION ATTENDEES: All individuals in our attendee room block, must be registered conference attendees. Those who are not registered by January 15, 2025, will have their rooms released by the hotel.

Room block link can be found on the confirmation email once you register.

ATTENTION EXIBITORS: Your partnership level determines the maximum number of rooms you can reserve within the PCRS exhibitor room block. Once payment for your PCRS 2025 commitments has been received, a confirmation link for your approved number of rooms will be sent directly from the host hotel, Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, to your main point of contact. Please note that hotel reservations are not guaranteed with your booth or sponsorship purchase. Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel reservations within the PCRS block and at the special rates are only available to registered attendees and may be made online only. Upon completion and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an exclusive link to access the hotel room block set aside for PCRS attendees. Telephone reservations will not be accepted.

If you are not registered but would like to book a room, you may contact the hotel directly to reserve a room outside of the block. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Please note: Once the room block is full or closed, PCRS will not be able to assist you with room reservations. Rooms in the Palm Springs area during this peak period can be hard to find and rates available to the general public may escalate significantly as the meeting date draws near. We urge you to register for the meeting and book your rooms as early as possible.

Driving Directions

Start out going southeast on Post Way. Merge onto Pacific Coast Highway/S Sepulveda Blvd/CA-1 S toward I-105. Merge onto I-105 E toward Norwalk. Merge onto I-605 N via EXIT 18A-B. Merge onto CA-60 E via EXIT 19 toward Pomona. Keep left to take CA-60 E toward Riverside/Pomona. Merge onto I-10 E via the exit on the left. Take the Cook Street exit, EXIT 134. Turn right onto Cook St. Turn left onto Highway 111/CA-111, continue to follow CA-111. Turn left onto Indian Wells Ln. The resort will be on your left.
