Oral presentations are scheduled for Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20. Authors have precisely 10 minutes to present. PCRS recommends a maximum of 15 slides. PCRS must receive your materials (PowerPoint, etc.) no later than February 27, 2026. Your first or second slide must disclose an accurate representation of any association, funding, or other financial or substantive relationships with commercial entities that may be seen as a conflict of interest for any of the authors or their immediate family members. If you do not have any disclosure, the slide remains a requirement and must state that you do not have anything to disclose. You will also be contacted via email to complete an electronic disclosure form. Please complete this as soon as you receive it. Poster Set-UpThe poster board is 4'x8' with a maximum poster size of 84"w x 46"h. Illustrations must be readable from distances as far as 4 feet (1.22 meters). Charts, drawings, and illustrations should be similar to those used in making slides. These simple, bold line drawings should be clear, concise, and easily read. Simple use of color can add emphasis. Paper or canvas that can be pinned to poster board is recommended. Boards are cumbersome to attach and no hardware will be provided. Keep illustrative material simple. At the top of your poster board prepare a label indicating your abstract title and authors’ names and affiliations. The lettering for this section should be at least 1" (2.54 cm) high. Pushpins and thumbtacks will be provided. All presentations must be made in English. Attention Faculty and Abstract PresentersUse the AMA direct credit application to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for the following activities if they were accomplished in the last 6 years: https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications Teaching at a Live Activity Preparing and presenting an original presentation at a live activity that has been certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (if the accredited CME provider has not already awarded credit for this.) Documentation required: A copy of the page(s) used by the provider to announce or describe the activity which includes the name of the speaker, accredited CME provider, AMA Credit Designation Statement, date and location of the activity. Credit assignment: 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per 1 hour of presentation time. If activity was in 2022 or earlier, it's eligible for up to two (2) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per hour of presentation time. If activity was on January 1, 2023, or later, it's eligible for up to four (4) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per hour of presentation time.
