Submit Your Oral Presentation

Oral presentations are scheduled for Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20. Authors have precisely 10 minutes to present. PCRS recommends a maximum of 15 slides. PCRS must receive your materials (PowerPoint, etc.) no later than February 27, 2026. 

Your first or second slide must disclose an accurate representation of any association, funding, or other financial or substantive relationships with commercial entities that may be seen as a conflict of interest for any of the authors or their immediate family members. If you do not have any disclosure, the slide remains a requirement and must state that you do not have anything to disclose. You will also be contacted via email to complete an electronic disclosure form. Please complete this as soon as you receive it. This form must be completed and submitted even if you have nothing to declare.

All presentations must be made in English.

Presentation Materials for CME Activities

  • Through the joint providership of Global Education Group (Global), PCRS is an accredited provider, who ensures course materials adhere to the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support, which have been provided to you in this packet.
  • Content is based on evidence that constitutes best practice.
  • Selection and presentation of content is free of the control of a commercial interest.
  • The intended result of CME activities is that learners will return to the clinical setting with information that improves the health and/or outcomes of patients.
  • Participants expect syllabus materials that follow your presentation

PCRS strives to produce useable syllabus materials to improve the quality of the take-home message. Submit presentations no later than February 27, 2026 to allow time for review of presentation materials including:

  • Content validation by PCRS to ensure content is evidence-based and not influenced by a commercial interest.
  • Draft review and edits.
  • Preparation and delivery of syllabus to meeting participants.

Materials must include:

  • Slide #1: Title slide
  • Slide #2: Disclosure slide
  • Slide #3: Needs Assessment statement and Expected Learning Outcomes using Drexel CME action verbs
  • PowerPoint slide presentations in PPT format (no PDFs accepted)
  • Limit slides to fit the time allotted: 15 slides per 10 minutes
  • Large size easy-to-read sans serif fonts: e.g. Arial, Futura, Gill Sans
  • Bullet points instead of full sentences
  • Easy-to-read text over background
  • Generic terms for drugs and equipment: use generic terms, not brand names
  • Avoid charts/graphs/images that aren’t readable on the screen or in the syllabus
  • Avoid animated text and graphics detracting from your presentation
  • INSTITUTIONAL logos are allowed onlyon Slide #1. NO COMMERCIAL LOGOS ARE ALLOWED

Please review and download the 2026 Sample PPT Presentation file. A sample slide background and format have been provided for your use.
PCRS will work with you to adjust due dates when possible. However, when materials are not received by the latest possible due date, YOU will be responsible for:

  • Submitting material in time for review by PCRS CME Committee
  • Producing the number of handouts required for the audience
  • Delivering prepared handouts to the meeting site for distribution to course participants
  • All costs associated with copying and transporting the material

The original version of the submitted abstract will be published electronically in a special supplement of Fertility and Sterility.

Submit Your Poster Presentation

Schedule and Information

The poster presentation reception is scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026, in the Rancho Mirage and Oasis 1-4All guests must have badges to enter the reception. Guest badges may be purchased on-site at the registration desk.

Your poster may be put up on the display board marked with your poster number on the evening of Thursday, March 19, from 8:00-9:00 PM and the morning of Friday, March 20, from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Judging will begin at 12:00 Noon on Friday and continue throughout the day on Friday.

Please do not remove your poster until after 6:30 PM Friday night in order to ensure your poster is considered for the awards. Posters not collected Friday night by 9:00 PM will be collected and saved until 8:30 AM Saturday, March 21, 2026. 

Poster Set-Up

The poster board is 4'x8' with a maximum poster size of 84"w x 46"h. Illustrations must be readable from distances as far as 4 feet (1.22 meters). Charts, drawings, and illustrations should be similar to those used in making slides. These simple, bold line drawings should be clear, concise, and easily read. Simple use of color can add emphasis. Paper or canvas that can be pinned to poster board is recommended. Boards are cumbersome to attach and no hardware will be provided. Keep illustrative material simple.  At the top of your poster board prepare a label indicating your abstract title and authors’ names and affiliations. The lettering for this section should be at least 1" (2.54 cm) high. Pushpins and thumbtacks will be provided. 

All presentations must be made in English.

Attention Faculty and Abstract Presenters

Use the AMA direct credit application to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credit for the following activities if they were accomplished in the last 6 years: https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications

Teaching at a Live Activity

Preparing and presenting an original presentation at a live activity that has been certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit (if the accredited CME provider has not already awarded credit for this.)

Documentation required: A copy of the page(s) used by the provider to announce or describe the activity which includes the name of the speaker, accredited CME provider, AMA Credit Designation Statement, date and location of the activity.

Credit assignment: 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per 1 hour of presentation time.

If activity was in 2022 or earlier, it's eligible for up to two (2) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per hour of presentation time.

If activity was on January 1, 2023, or later, it's eligible for up to four (4) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per hour of presentation time.

Documentation required: A copy of the page(s) in the published activity documents that lists the author and poster abstract, accredited CME provider, AMA Credit
