Hotel reservations within the PCRS block and at the special rates are only available to registered attendees and may be made online only. Upon completion and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an exclusive link to access the hotel room block set aside for PCRS attendees. Telephone reservations will not be accepted. If you are not registered but would like to book a room, you may contact the hotel directly to reserve a room outside of the block. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Important Rooming NoticePCRS has been alerted that an unofficial housing provider has been contacting PCRS members and exhibitors claiming they can secure discounted hotel rooms for the PCRS 2022 Annual Meeting. This company, and others like it, are not authorized to represent PCRS, nor do they have access to officially contracted room blocks or rates on behalf of PCRS. PCRS has not provided names or contact information to these organizations. PCRS is the only official housing provider for the PCRS 2022 Annual Meeting. For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any other housing or travel company.

How Is the 2022 PCRS Annual Meeting Affected?We want to assure our conference attendees that we are proceeding as planned to hold a safe, educational, fun, and successful event March 23-27, 2022. There are currently no travel restrictions or advisories to or from or within Indian Wells, California. The safety of our attendees remains our highest priority and we continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments closely. Attendees can expect to see heightened levels of cleanliness and onsite accommodations to actively encourage all conference participants to take common-sense precautions following CDC guidelines when they are onsite at the event.
