NEW! Lead Retrieval Scanners

PCRS is partnering with Action Registration to provide an inexpensive, efficient, and non-invasive way to quickly acquire attendee leads. Make the most of your experience and order your Lead Retrieval Scanner. Scan the barcodes of your important leads, new sales contacts, and everyone that walks up to your booth. The deadline to order is March 18th for special pre-show rates.

Dates and Deadlines

Delegate Bag Inserts: Delegate bag inserts must be packaged separately from booth materials and arrive clearly marked "PCRS DELEGATE BAG INSERT" no later than Friday, March 18, 2022.

Inserts may be any size up to 9" x 12". Ship 400 inserts. Inserts made up of several pieces or pages MUST be bound together, e.g. stapled, before shipping. Binding clips and paper clips are NOT acceptable.

Exhibitor Profile Information and Booth Personnel: complete your exhibitor profile information, including adding any booth personnel for badges, by Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Please note: you may log in to your PCRS exhibitor account and update your contact information and other add-on purchases until the cutoff date of March 1, 2022, however, anyone not on your company’s list by February 23, 2022, may face delays when requesting a name badge on-site and will be charged a $35.00 on-site badge fee. 

Cancellation Policy: PCRS understands that circumstances may arise that prevents Exhibitors from fulfilling their commitment to exhibit at the Annual Meeting. Exhibitors who cancel prior to January 1, 2022, will receive a refund of their balance after a $250 fee. Exhibitors who cancel between January 1, 2022, and February 1, 2022, will receive a refund of their balance after a $500 fee. Exhibitors who cancel after February 1, 2022, do not receive a refund but may apply up to 50% to the following year’s exhibit fees. 

Electrical and communications request forms: Forms must be completed and in the Society's possession by February 24, 2022, in order to avoid on-site fees of $35 per form in addition to cost of service.
