Authors have precisely 10 minutes to present. PCRS recommends a maximum of 15 slides. PCRS must receive your materials (PowerPoint, pre-recorded presentation, etc.) no later than April 15, 2021.
Your pre-recorded presentation (10 minutes max) will play during your scheduled presentation time. We ask that you are present (live) for Q&A after your recording has played.
Your first or second slide must disclose an accurate representation of any association, funding, or other financial or substantive relationships with commercial entities that may be seen as a conflict of interest for any of the authors or their immediate family members. If you do not have any disclosure, the slide remains a requirement and must state that you do not have anything to disclose.
All presentations must be in made in English.
The original version of the submitted abstract will be published electronically in a special supplement of Fertility and Sterility.

Virtual Poster Presentation Information
Accepted abstracts for the 2021 PCRS Annual Meeting will be presented in a virtual presentation format. Virtual abstract presentations should include:
a PDF of your full poster, or a PowerPoint if you have decided to present your poster in that format
a pre-recorded video of your abstract presentation, approximately 3-4 minutes long
Why Am I Being Asked to Submit a Video for My Poster Presentation?
There are two primary reasons we are requesting a video of your poster presentation. One is for onsite judging for Research Awards, and the other is to ensure that the ability to "present" a poster is available to any presenting authors who may be seeking credit for presenting from their institutions (i.e. in the case a PDF of the poster alone would not suffice).
We strongly encourage you to submit both a PDF of your poster and a pre-recorded video presentation, but the video is not required.
Please note: Only posters who have a video presentation will be judged and considered for a Research Award.
Format your presentation using PowerPoint and add audio talk voiceover timed to each slide that will advance automatically. If possible, have PowerPoint include your image in the chat in the corner. Watch additional tutorials below!
If you do not have access to PowerPoint, here are some suggestions for free alternatives: LibreOffice Impress, Loom, Zoom, or the audio program Audacity.
Include an intro slide with a brief “Sales Pitch” for your talk. Explain what you did and what you learned.
Try to limit the number of slides in the PowerPoint presentation to 5 (not including intro slide). The total maximum time of your talk is not to exceed 5 minutes.
Questions?
We understand that this is new to everyone, including us! Please feel free to contact the office at[email protected] with any questions.
Thank you for taking this opportunity to present your research, and we look forward to showcasing your abstract.
