Mike earned his PhD from Baylor College of Medicine, where he focused on the intersection of progesterone and growth factor signaling and their role in endometrial receptivity. While finishing his work there, he was recruited by Mark Hughes of Genesis Genetics to open a Research and Development PGS laboratory in Houston, Texas. Mike quickly rose to prominence as a technical expert and was instrumental in the adoption and implementation of Next Generation. Shortly after being acquired by CooperSurgical, he was promoted to Director of Genomic Laboratories, overseeing multiple PGT-A labs. He next took on his current role leading research efforts in Genomics where his team develops state-of-the-art analytical methods for interrogating Reproductive Genetics.

Dr. Parry triple majored at Cornell, did his graduate work at Columbia in viral epidemiology, and then medical school at New York Medical College. His residency was at Tufts and his REI fellowship was at the University of Louisville. He was associate residency director at University of Wisconsin, Madison before six years as REI division chief at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He then went into private practice with Positive Steps Fertility and Parryscope Fertility, while also having adjunct positions at the University of Mississippi and Louisiana State University-Ochsner. He is the Vice Chair for Mississippi ACOG and Secretary/Treasurer for the Society of Reproductive Surgeons. He is also on the Fertility and Sterility editorial board and ASRM's coding and technology committees.

Jenna Miller is a board-certified genetic counselor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics and Biotechnology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science degree in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jenna began her career in 2014 at the biotech startup Recombine, where she provided genetic counseling and performed clinical diagnostics for expanded carrier screening. She has been CooperSurgical’s clinical science liaison since 2017. In this role, Jenna travels North America educating healthcare providers about genomics within ART. She regularly collaborates with patient organizations like Resolve and also leads CooperSurgical’s IVF outcome data collection efforts. Jenna is passionate about genomics education, fertility advocacy, and ethical approaches to genomic testing.
