 Session Description

  • In this session, we will explore the IVF lab environment, with an emphasis on the factors that can impact results. We will identify examples and question how these might differ from one lab to the next. Lastly, we will assess how workflows between clinic and lab might influence lab outcomes.

Session Objective
  1. Characterize the role of the IVF Lab in a treatment cycle,
  2. Identify the main laboratory factors that influence outcomes
  3. Discuss the variables that challenge our ability to stabilize/control the lab environment
