  • In this lecture, attendees will gain valuable insights into the array of career possibilities available to Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellows after their training. The presentation will outline the optimal timeline for securing an REI position and provide a comprehensive roadmap for navigating the job search process. Participants will be introduced to diverse job paths within academia, research, and clinical practice, and will receive practical guidance on crafting effective CVs and cover letters, mastering networking strategies, and preparing for interviews. Moreover, the lecture will ensure a clear understanding of the expectations at each stage, empowering REI fellows to confidently transition into their desired careers.
