The debate is whether ICSI should be used for non-male factor infertility.  It is based on a Fertile Battle published in February 2022 Fertility and Sterility, led by Robert Norman and other experts from around the world.  

Session Objectives:

  1. Describe ICSI utilization rates and global variation in usage

  2. Discuss the evidence for and against using ICSI in male factor ART cases

  3. Outline the short and long term risks of ICSI

  4. Compare evidence-based ICSI usage versus ART add on
