 Session Description

  • This session will review important changes occurring in the reproductive endocrinology field.  Areas to be discussed include practice consolidation, changes in the workforce, and the impact of these changes on innovation and patient care.

Session Objective

  1. Characterize trends in workforce changes and characterize the potential impacts of these trends on patient care.

  2. To identify avenues of innovation and describe ways for clinicians to be impactful.
  3. To describe the impact of consolidation on health care and discuss the importance of clinician autonomy.
