 Session Description

  • This session will focus on the threats and protections that have arisen after the Supreme Court Decision in Dobbs v Reproductive Health Services. State Legislatures, Courts and the Federal Government have reacted to the decision, in some cases changing the legal status of the embryo and impacting decisions form embryo storage to disposition to IVF.

Session Objective

  1. Understanding the interaction between state and federal legislation on REI practice.

  2. Identifying how proposed legislation will impact your practice and when to mobilize to fight legislation that will affect patient care.
  3. Developing tools to protect your practice from growing threats to REI practice.
