This lecture will review why the embryology field is poised for entrepreneurship. The IVF lab has experienced the major innovations in the IVF practice over the past 2-3 decades. Embryologists are therefore faced with innovation challenges. This lecture will address many of the opportunities and decisions embryologist may encounter during the course of their jobs.
