Session Description
Patients who are experiencing infertility challenges often greet the move to intrauterine insemination (IUI) or invitro fertilization (IVF) as this obviates the need for penetrative sexual intercourse and the demands of timing and performance. We will explore how the human sexual response has been reconceptualized since Masters and Johnson. Discussion of the unique challenges that infertility places on couple’s sex lives as well as strategies for addressing problems that may arise.
