  • The field of IVF / REI is undergoing unprecedented change. The pressures include consolidation, often driven by outside interests, growth of academic opportunities, and uncertainty from traditional models of private practice. This presentation will review the various models, challenges, and opportunities as well as cover appropriate negotiating strategies.

    How to train/ recruit personnel, projections of personnel need in the future

    The demand for Infertility services is outstripping capacity and is projected to continue to grow. This is in a setting of very tight labor supply in almost all areas of clinic function. In this presentation, we will review the current landscape and discuss strategies for recruitment, training, and retention both now and into the future.
