NEW! Lead Retrieval 

PCRS is offering an inexpensive, efficient, and non-invasive way to quickly acquire attendee leads. Make the most of your experience and order your Lead Retrieval. Scan the barcodes of your important leads, new sales contacts, and everyone that walks up to your booth. The deadline to order is March 17th for special pre-show rates. 

Please Note: The license(s) for the Lead component is connected to the Bravura conference app

How to Order: 

1) Click on the link below

2) Log in with only your email

3) Fill out the Basic Information page

4) Click on "Purchase" in the upper left corner, then 'Available Products'

5) Check the box on the left.

The minimum purchase is $250, add additional licenses for $125 each

Dates and Deadlines

Exhibitor Profile Information and Booth Personnel: Complete your exhibitor profile information, including adding any booth personnel for badges, by Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Please note: you may log in to your PCRS exhibitor account and update your contact information and other add-on purchases until the cutoff date of March 1, 2023, however, anyone not on your company’s list by February 23, 2023, may face delays when requesting a name badge on-site and will be charged a $35.00 on-site badge fee. 

Cancellation Policy: PCRS understands that circumstances may arise that prevents Exhibitors from fulfilling their commitment to exhibit at the Annual Meeting. Exhibitors who cancel prior to January 1, 2023, will receive a refund of their balance after a $250 fee. Exhibitors who cancel between January 1, 2023, and February 1, 2023, will receive a refund of their balance after a $500 fee. Exhibitors who cancel after February 1, 2023, do not receive a refund but may apply up to 50% to the following year’s exhibit fees. 

Electrical and communications request forms: Forms must be completed and in the Society's possession by February 24, 2023, in order to avoid on-site fees of $35 per form in addition to cost of service.
